4000 miles breaks sqeeking??!?!

i have about 4000 miles on my ms3 and i have a sqeek coming from what sounds like the front breaks....do we have faulty breaks or something haha..i dont drive hard and dont break hard...the dealer had my car for about 3 weeks and had some detailers take it....you think they fugged up my car?? with only 4000 miles you think the dealer will take care of it??
