2000 Protege Es
I'm looking at getting a 5-lug swap on my '00 ES and just want to see what all I'll need.
I know I'll need spindles, hubs, brakes, but what else will I need?
Since I'm going from rear drums to disc I'll need a new brake master cylinder and cables correct?

The swap is off of a P5 if it makes any difference.

If anyone's interested I have a set of spindles/hubs that im looking to unload for cheap $80 for the set of 4 + shipping, they are boxed and ready to go I will take pics if anyone is interested.

You know they invented this great function about 10 years ago called the search functionality, surprised you haven't heard of it.

Its posted on protegefaq and here numerous times.

Search was very little help, I found a semi-complete list posted somewhere on here but not much more. Could be because almost everything I do on here is on the app and its easy to look things over. Thanks though, hadn't thought about protegefaq.

Hopefully going to pull the parts tomorrow provided I can find the time.

I have a 1995 escort wagon if you look at all the suspension it is nearly identical to 99-2003.5 proteges. I know when I look at part #'s they are all different #'s, but the front hub bearings are the same #. The rears could be similar but the part# would differ because of the 5 vs 4 lug spindle. I know none of this info supports the conversions the rest are trying to accomplish, but this idea keeps chisling at my equilibrium. Maybe someone else can chime in and either validate or quash my theory.

From what I've found p5, 93-97 Ford probe,mx-6, and 626 hub/ spindles will do the 4 to 5 lug conversion. But its easier/cheaper to do a 4 disc conversion instead(due to having to do a master brake cylinder swap) . I did try to see if the escort and probe were interchangeable but got irritated and gave up. Maybe you'll try harder and you can tell us if is
