What would be the right watt amp for my stock mp3 speakers. and also where is a good place to get an amp. any good web sites??

I think the alpine V power 4 channel will do well. MRP-F200 is the model number and they cost about $200 retail, the amp throws out 30 watts to each speaker with a 80 Hz high pass crossover.

I'm running a kenwood excelon kac-x501 4 channel.at 4ohms /12volts it puts out 50x4 w /.05thd and a signal to noise of 110db.... My system is geared toward sq.This amp was kinda pricey! but makes use of x/over and bms of the excelon hu.
so in english I'm really happy with it!:D

thanks i will do some resarch. Also what the most amout of watts i should look for???

I wouldn't exceed 30 watts rms for stock speakers otherwise you'll just have to turn down the gains to the point that you won't be pushing more then that anyways.

Amp for your MP3

I have a PPI PCX440 amp and I really like it. Great quality, great sound,a bit expensive (only 40W per channel).

The amp is inatalled under the passenger seat. The 2 firts channels drive my front speakers. The 2 back speakers are driven by the radio. The 2 back channels are bridges to drive an Infinity Kappa 100.3 10" Sunwoofer in the trunk.

The sound is very good inside the car, nothing shows, and the car does not move alone when stopped at a red lite. (notcool)
