3rd gear pop out? Anybody heard of that?

I heard that some early production 2002 P5s have problem with 3rd gear popping out when accelerating, anybody heard about that?

What's the fix?

My MazdaSpeed protege had the same problem. The dealer replaced like 4 gears all the syncros basically everything but the case and 5th and reverse.
