I am in need of a 2nd O2 sensor extension harness...

Anyone know the part # from Mazda?

how far you looking to run your 2nd O2 ?
You could use those on the link you mentioned but cheaper would be cut and solder new wires in between, I would've done that but it has enough length to work with Vibrant for me.

Why exactly do you need to extend the O2 sensor? I was told I would need to extend mine for the SLS performance midpipe. Turns out I didn't need to.

Well, exhaust is custom done, then redone.
OBX style 4-1 header has 1st O2 in collector, 2nd is downstream of my "hi-flow" (and prolly toasted) cat.
When this was first done, I believe we hacked and extended the MSP wiring harness to a connectorless replacement O2.
It's more then 40" now for certain to reach the jack. Even with the 6 inches of wire that the new O2 connector offers. It currently is tie wrapped and heat taped and runs straight down the middle member to the gt spec ladder bar.
