2nd gear synchro?

[MS6 4 Lyfe]

I have an 06 speed 6 wen i drive in second gear kinda cruising going slow at like 2-3-4 thousand rpm about to hit the breaks an come to a stop my second pops out and just grinds. then wen i am in second sometimes and do a u-turn it always comes out an grinds. is this covered under warrenty? or is it a wear an tear kinda thing? if its not under warranty anyone else having the same problem? howd u fix it? Wat method did u do? did u give it to someone to fix it or giv it to the dealer to fix it?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
