Just a quick note. I know a friend who has the same rods, used for years and boosting over 30psi, over 500whp on a 3/4 chasis Toyota 22R.
He blew 1 rod when he overboosted to 55psi!!!!!!!!!

Also what does your IC look like? i mean you gave the dimensions, but from what i'm reading your causing a small bottleneck in the system. I had a simliar size core on my other turbo car and just changing the IC gave me 2 whp and 33 wtrq more with LESS boost. was running 26 psi now on 24 psi. So i defintely look into it.
Nice numbers but can you post trq numbers also. Remember Hp is nice and important, but TRQ moves the car.
