Does anybody know if these tires will fit a 2009 CX-9

Yes they do fit I put them on already.

By estimate, the side wall is 1cm taller (50% of 265mm-245mm = 10mm = 1cm). The diameter should be about 2cm larger.
The odometer would be off by a little. Other than that, I don't see any big problem.
