2013~2016 225/45/18x8 possible?

Has anyone tried 225/45/18x8, ET45?

I’m getting a great deal on them. Gonna use them as winter tyres. Will it look and handle silly?

The Price is really good. That’s why I’m asking for advice.

No for the tires, too small. Yes, for the rims, I have the same size on my 2021 CX-5. Aftermarket Fast Switch F212 18x8.0 ET+45 CB 67.1mm 5x114.3mm. Tires are 225/60-18.
