21st-Century Muscle Cars

Well the I saw Motor week today and the Mach1 in 05. They didn't say what the HP will be but you know it will be around the 350 range. Then the price will be closer to the GTO and the performance will be even.

And who the hell is paying 30K for a new Mustang GT?? If you are, come talk to me, I'll sell you as many as you want for 30K, and make a sweet profit...

Exactly..GT 5 speed starts at like $25,000...and the new stang doesnt have all the same handling problems like the old ones....check it out

The truth be said it really doesn't mater if everyone likes a particular car, because there is always someone out there who does. there is bashers everywhere. There are Ford hater, GM haters, Mazda haters, Kia haters, Dodge hater You name it someone hates it. The same holds true the other way someone also loves all these car otherwise they would not sell.
Personally I do not like GM or Dodge or Honda, but the truth is most of their cars are good. I drive a KIA one of the most hated brands around, Yet I am proof they are built good I have 72,000 miles on it. And these are hard mile. Mostly comes down to proper maitenance. But I have not had any problems except I ripped out the syncros in the 1st tranny when I missed a shift durring a race. Which if your not willing to break somthing don't race.

Racing a Kia...hah hah, that's funny.

uhh, sorry, I get your point though.

Personally, comfort inside the car comes first. A dead pedal, pedals in the right place, shifter in the right place, comfortable seats, and an adjustable steering wheel all come before looks make much more impact on my decision than 10-20hp or some silly hood scoops. These 'creature comforts' may seem trivial but the majority of the cars out there (SUVs and trucks excluded) cannot accomodate someone who is 6'3".
