2022 CX-5 Infotainment not showing artist/album/title

When I connect my phone via Bluetooth (no AA) and playing either a podcast (PocketCast) or music (Blackplayer EX), it doesn't show me the artist/album/title. On my daughter's 2019 CX-5, it does. I don't see any options to make it display. Anyone else seeing this?

i have the same set up - '22 CX-5 and am using a Galaxy S20 with Blackplayer. i have no issues at all. i would try 'forget the device' in the BT menu of your phone, delete the phone from your car, reboot phone, and then reconnect the phone to your car.
