2019 Mazda CX-5 – Is this transmission mount considered torn? Noise when accelerating uphill

Hi everyone,
This is a photo of my 2019 Mazda CX-5 transmission mount.
Could you please tell me if this would be considered torn or damaged?
I notice a noise when accelerating uphill, and I’m wondering if this mount could be the cause.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Is this the dog bone and you're looking up from the bottom? Mine was replaced last month on a CX-3. If so, I can show you what mine looks like.

there's supposed to be a gap in the mount, they're not fully solid rubber

post another pic without the red circle... it's blocking full view of the mount

there's no "dog bone" mount in the 2nd gen CX-5s... only 1st gens and, 2013-2017 6s, cx-3s, 3rd gen 3s, etc have them... the rear mount got redesigned later on to the one the OP posted

Understood, the "tear" in OP's picture is very similar to the mount underneath the transmission.

what "tear"? Nothing wrong I can see, besides the small crack that's in 2 o'clock in the pic but it's still all nominal
