2018 CX-5 making rattle noise (video included)

My 2018 CX5 started making a low speed rattle from the front end and was hoping to troubleshoot and do the repairs myself , assuming it's nothing major.

I've included a video of the noise, any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Besides the engine, what else do you have running? Is your fan running? Heat, or A/C? Is the noise present at engine start-up, or only after the car has been driven? Is it consistent, i.e. always on? Can you tell if the engine's exhaust fan is running? Any modifications or recent work done to the car?

If might also help to pop the hood to pinpoint the source of the noise a bit better.

The noise is audible anytime the car is idling, doesn't seem to matter if AC is on or off

There is nothing else running, no AC, heat, etc

The noise is present at engine startup and it's coming from the front passenger side.

The noise is constantly present when idling , cannot hear it when driving but it may still be there when I am, it's tough to tell.

This is a stock car, 2018 Mazda CX5 Touring with 86,000 miles.

I have attached another video to this post that might help isolate the problem. Any ideas ?

Once I had a rattle coming from the front in my Maxima. Turns out it was the catalytic converter going bad. Happened around 70,000 miles.
One data point to check.
