2016 Remote starter

I'm looking at the 2016 and was wondering about the remote starter.

I saw info, reviews, and options (and work around) for the 2015 remote starter, but nothing for the 2016.

I see there looks like there is a monthly prescription for the 2016.
Can you get the basic starter like the one for 2015 without paying a monthly fee.

Anyone have one of the 2016 remote starters and would like to give their opinion or thoughts on it?

The 2016 Mazda Mobile Start has not been released yet.
I paid for one when i bought my car. Not even a release date provided yet.

It must be kind of frustrating to have bought this option and not have it or know when it's going to be gotten.

You got the subscription remote, which I assume is done via your phone or something similar, but is there an option to just get the standard/basic remote fab to start your car like on the 2015?

I don't believe so. When I bought it they said they had the remote starter in stock.
Only to find they had the ones for the 2015's in stock.

IMO: I would be holding out for the "Mazda Mobile Start" when that option becomes available.

I got the Mazda mobile start with the extra key fob. There is a app that works with that also? Or is that a separate option?

Two different products IIRC... I'd be more inclined to go with the mobile phone option.. I really don't need either though as car is always in garage.

Is the app available yet? And also does anyone know if the hard drive can hold music or is it too small?
