2015 Mazda CX-5 problem with DRLs

Hello everyone, I am writing regarding the issues with DRLs. I have noticed that the lights are not turning on when I have handbrake disengaged and gearbox in D. As you can see in the photos on one of the headlights the light has a wiring coming to it, but on other side it has some kind of blanks inside. Could someone tell me is this normal, or someone was doing something to the wiring harness? And one more question: in the photo, are those lights on the bottom of the front bumper are also DRLs? Thanks for the replies.

Did you recently buy this car?

Those are aftermarket lights so it's not clear why they are not wired up or otherwise not working.

Yes, the car was recently purchased.
Regarding aftermarket lights, you mean the ones, which are at the bottom of the bumper? What about the wiring harness in the original headlight? Is this how it's suppose to be?

Pictures would be difficult to see. But attached are the headlight/turns schematics for 2014 MY, I would think 2015's are the same. Maybe that will help?
Thanks for the photos.

Update: I found some wires which were removed, so attaching to left headlight DRLs started working on left headlight, but for some reason right side DRL is not working. I checked all the fuses related to headlights, and also switched relay with left headlight to right, checked the lamp, but the right side is not working. What would be my next step in making right side headlight work? Thanks.
