2014 Mazda 6 GT Cruise Control issue

I am having an issue with my 2014 Mazda 6 cruise control and wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue and if so, what is wrong. When using the cruise control feature, the buttons on the steering wheel will randomly work or switch what they will do. For example, the off button will sometimes work, and other times it will not. Also, most of the time, the increase speed button will increase the speed but the decrease speed button will increase the speed and sometimes the cancel button will either increase the speed or decrease the speed. It is random what will happen, but happens almost all of the time I try to use the cruise control.

I have an appointment set to have them review this issue, but wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this issue.

I have never had any trouble with the buttons on the steering wheel, unfortunately that is down side to all the fancy gadgets we have nowadays but should be an easy fix. Be glad you have an appointment to get it looked at & good luck.
