Not that I know of. I haven't looked at the head unit but it would make sense for automakers to furnish a generic LCD screen with inputs which would allow any brand automotive GPS or audio system to interface. I know it's a safety concern (distraction) so factory units are usually limited. I know of some owners hacking their audio systems to have DVD video playback on the front screen.
I think Garmin at one time had a head unit which you could plug into a remote screen/audio such as a Pioneer or Panasonic but not an OEM display.

+1... I haven't seen that ability on CX-5. My G35 has generic RCA inputs in the interior console and you can feed audio & video to OEM screen but only when parked.
