2013 CX-5 liftgate issue

My 2013 cx5 lift gate keeps opening after I close it. I don't have a release on my keyfob. When I close it and get in the car you can hear the mechanism release. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Try to disconnect battery (minus) for 30 seconds.

No I can be just sitting there shut off and you can hear the mechanism clicking.
