2012 Mazda5 Weather stripping replacement questions

Considering replacing the weather stripping around all the doors and the liftgate on our 2012 Mz5. (No sunroof)

Has anyone made a comprehensive parts list?

Do I need any parts aside from the seals?

What might be good to order just to have on hand in case something breaks?

You can go to partsouq.com, put in your vin and start making a parts list from the diagrams. There is a lot of weatherstripping on these cars. You may not want to replace all of it.
