Mazda canada is not too smart sometime.. they make a lot of mistake in production.. i've seen a mazda3 BASE model with 6 disc cd changer.. i've also seen a 08.5 Mazda3 GT base with chrome door handle.. they always make all sorts of mistake like that.. u just got lucky... hahaha

but, i'm in the us, and the 6-disc was standard on the GT in the us

A lot!? I love my 08 GT and I don't think a lot of people will abandon their 08 for the 09 model because of those minor changes.
