2009 Mazda CX 9 Engine & Transmission (Torque Converter Solenoid, Shifting Solenoid)

Hello Forum.
I probe around and read at times but usually don't post.
I have some questions about my Engine and Transmission.

I know there are 2 different engine codes for the 3.7 V6 engine.
What is the difference between the engines with code A & V?

Where is the TCC Solenoid (Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid) located for the transmission?
I think and I hope, it's mounted on the outside of the transmission. I don't believe it is mounted on the transmission valve body inside the transmission pan.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

I've read about the timing for when the torque converter actually locks 100% when in automatic.
Basically, from what I've read, it only happens at constant highway speeds.
When shifting through the gears in manual mode, is the torque converter locked at all times?

I've read many of the posts about the shuddering transmission.
Does this year have many problems with either of the 2 transmission shifting solenoids?
I've read some comments about ignition coils relating to the issue. Sounds weird to me.

The transmission is electronic shift.
Where is the Control Module located that signals the solenoids to activate?
Whats it actually called in the CX 9? TCM, ECM, etc?

I have seen some references to a workshop manual for the 2009 CX 9.
Does anyone have a copy of it and would you be willing to share?
I'd like the whole thing but what really only need is the procedure for testing the electrical circuit for the transmission solenoids.
I've seen a few things on the web but not completely confident the information is correct.

Thanks everyone.
I look forward to learning
