I decided to get a Dyno done before I start to install any mods to my car. I know it's going to get expensive but i'd like to do a Dyno run after each mod so i can see what sort of performance gain I got from it. Anyway...after 3 pulls i'm actually quite pleased with the results

It's hard to see the lines clearly due to a bad flatbed scanner

hopefully installed this week will be the Cobb SRI and the TWM STS. Next on order is a MM or inserts...i just can't make up my mind!

nice pulls I really need to get to a dyno.

as far as MM vs inserts...how much do you care about vibes? I have the inserts and only have good things to say about them. I did some launches today and had no wheelhop of any sort, and its 80 some degrees out today, so its not just like it's really cold and my tires are just spinning like crazy.

The less vibes the better, really. I'm not quite ready to shake the entire car loose of all it's nuts-n-bolts ;)

I'm considering the CorkSport Inserts at the moment due to the price and nobody can say anything bad. Then again there's the SU Mount which is a 2 piece mount :( and finally the TRZ Poly or Delrin. I'm sure Delrin will be too hard and the Poly would probably work.....

decisions, decision. ;)

Go and hit the dyno, man! It's usually around $75 for 3 pulls here in Houston which seems fairly expensive for the amount of time the car was on the dyno, but i'm sure i'll be glad i did it in the future.

If you're worried about vibes, I'd recommend the CS inserts or the SU...the general 'feel' I get from reading many user reviews is that SU mount probably has the least vibes out of the full mounts. The inserts are great (i've had them for over 10k miles) and I think it's just what I was looking for. Little to no wheelhop (no violent wheelhop anymore like there was stock) and shifting feels soo much better. If there's any increased vibes I can't tell anymore (was a little more when the AC was on when i first got them). SU or TRZ poly would probably be better if you plan to go to the drag strip a lot or launch your car from a stop all the time.
