2008 Altima coupe in real life

I've already seen 8 Alty Coupes on the road this week. I called my dealer about the black one I looked at and its already sold. My salesman told me that they have already sold 20 coupes and that there is a waiting list.

New coupes usually sell well out of the gate and fade soon thereafter. Thats what was so amazing about the G35 coupe. Its sales were always strong.

Lets see if the Altima coupe has the same legs. I'm betting it does.

nvmsp: why would you want a car that wasn't broken in properly/beat up the first few hundred/thousand miles?

$30K OTD for an altima? That's insane, what the hell are they thinking?

Why would I? I wouldn't it's my moms ride. And I beat on it and it runs just like the day I got it. No problems.

I don't think the break-in is really required on a non-turbo car. I have no facts to support this but whatever lol.

All cars have a break-in period.

Yes, but you don't have to do it lol.

If you are one of these people that do not follow the break in procudure you'll be in for problems. Its does not happen all the time. But I've seen cars comeback with oil burning problems because it was not broken in right.

For an Altima, it really is something! With a few visual enhancements here and there, I'm sure it'll look awesome.

There is no stripper 325i anymore. The 325i has been replaced by the 328i that starts at $32K.

The Altima Coupe 2.5 S starts at $20,490 and the 3.5 SE starts at $24,890.

The Coupe I looked at only had two options on it to bring the price up to $29K.

CVT transmission and the 3.5 SE package $3,200.

Don't get CVT.

I would not get the CVT. 6 speed FTW!

Coupes based on sedans are teh pointless. Zzzzzzzzz.
Just get the f'n four-door and have something more useful.

Most coupes are based on sedan chassis. The 350z and G35/G37 are sedan based. The BMW 3 series coupes and 6 series are based on sedans. The Mustang is sedan based. So there are alot of coupes that are not Zzzzzz. And the Altima Coupe is really exciting to drive.

I already have a 4 door and there is no point for me owning a sedan when its just me 95% of the time in the car. The other reason is I'm always the one expected to drive because I have a sedan. Well I guess if I bought a Mazdaspeed6 I'll still be in the same boat.

LOL! If I am going to buy a car that I am sure it's gonna to be just me inside 95% of the time, I'd get a MX5.

Or, get this:

I've ready had a MX-5 which I dearly miss. A Ariel Atom would be awesome just not in the rain or snow.
