The push to talk button on the steering wheel on my 2007 CX-9 is unresponsive. When I press it there is no "beep", so I can't enter voice commands or pair my phone.
When I ran the diagnostic check, the field where it asks you to press the PTT button does not change at all when I press the button.
I see in a couple of older posts that some had experienced this issue and there was some mention of the TD1166DHX Telephone Adapter Amplifier part, which is about $700 new or $250-ish when pulled from salvage.
Did this actually resolve anyone's issue with the non-responsive PTT button?
