It's like there's no fuel or spark. It's currently sitting in a parking lot, I was able to push it off the street and call a friend for a ride home. I was stopped at a light, and while sitting there it started running very rough, CEL came on and I wasn't able to keep it running. It restarted once, and that was it.
I went back tonight and pulled #1 plug and it's perfectly clean. To test for spark I grounded the plug against an accessory bracket and tried to take a video while I turned the key. I don't think there's any spark, and it didn't seem to chuff any fuel out of the now open spark plug hole. Fuses for fuel/injectors in the engine compartment fuse box look ok. Over 3/4 tank of gas, bought at the same station that we always buy gas from. It was crappy gas, the car would run rough, but it would still run, right? It would start and sputter around. There's no life in the engine compartment at all; all lights and accessories still work.

Any ideas? The car was running great until today; ironically I took it in for emissions testing this morning and it passed with flying colors. Drove it around today running errands and nothing was wrong.

Thanks,
Scott

What is that, misfire in cyl #1? Just because it says there is a misfire in #1 doesn't really mean a bad spark plug. Can be a bad ignition coil? Wire? Do a resistance check on the coil to see what the reading is, if it's infinite Ohms might have a bad coil or if the reading is drastically off vs. the other 3 coils. I don't have a clue as to what the resistance should be on these coils. Maybe a bad injector? Or bad gas or a bad fuel filter? Start at the simplest/cheapest and work your way out. Also, I have seen hesitation/no start conditions on older model Honda Civics and it has turned out to be coils, not plugs.

Not sure if you've fixed it or not, but here is the diagnostic manual - https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=fb70d2f1b0fcde6c!7399&authkey=!AK8dEiE8I4_F7-E&ithint=file,pdf
