2004 Mazda Rev-It-Up at FedEx Field 5/1-5/2

ok, I want to know if anyone else besides me is planning to go to Rev-It-Up on 5/1 or 5/2, and maybe have a mini-meet at FedEx??

you can either just go and enjoy the test drives/booths/etc (for free), or, for $40, you can autocross and compete with Mazda's autox-prepped Mazda3's.

I have tot alk to one of my friends...but I will be there as well. ...most likely SUnday. I did this last year and it was very VERY fun. It was also an extremely educational and humbling experience

I e-mailed them and you have to be 18 to drive, even if I were to have parents permission . Sucks for me, I really wanted to autox the 3. Hopefully they'll do it again next year. Do you have to be 18 to just watch? If not, I'll probably be up for a meet that weekend, unless something comes up.

Of course, to those that say it'll be as much fun as last year, or more - I say I disagree The 6 does have the slightly more advanced suspension design, ya know!

MSCW will prolly have a tent again this year, and I'm sure you folks can stop by and chat, and possibly sign up with 'em. They might have a few (club members') cars on display

ah, I just noticed that every person that responded with which day they were planning on going or already signed up for said sunday...BTW, the reason im posting in the VA forum is b/c Im trying to find the thread for the meet next sunday in Fairfax. Someone asked me to go, and I probably will come, but i cant find the thread

Katya4me said it was a Brunch&Cruise thing. Food at 11am. Cruising starting around 130-200. She said Fairfax, but not a specific place. I was looking for a thread to find some more info.

Actually, due to my fabulous new job, and it's not so fabulous hours, we've had to change our registration to the 7:40AM session on Sunday! Of course, the upside of that arrangement is that I get to do the Rev it Up, and get paid that day.

Oh well.

We might see some of you arriving as we're leaving!
