2003 Mazda Pick Up v6 - dual sport automatic

For past 6 months, truck has been losing power while driving. Also has a miss. I have replaced spark plugs and wires to no avail. Problem seems to be more prevalent on rainy days. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
