Here's an exellent picture comparing the two fog light holes. There is a slight, and I mean very slight round curve on the 2003's vs the 2003.5's. From this pic, the holes don't look much different in size
whaddya think, the fogs still going to fit? They may have to sit a little further outwards, and they WILL defintely be touching the bumper all the way around whereas if you look at the 2003's, and p5's of course, there is enough of a gap around the light to stick your finger around it.
Man, it's going to be close.
