2002 Protege5 Blinking O/D lights

02 P5 160,xxx Auto

Blinking O/D light ONLY when I shift to drive. It hard shifts and doesn't go past 15 mph. I have to turn car off and on, shift to drive, and wait for few seconds to make sure O/D doesn't blink up. I have to do this several times on cold starts. After that then it drives great. Upon research in forums. I was told to replace Input Speed Sensor. I have done this and it has worked for about 3 months. Issue is now back on and off.

Has anyone had this issue. I was thinking to buy another Input Speed Sensor to see if this issue goes away.
