2001-2004 Civic Type R 2Dr? I think not!

Took this while I was driving (yeah its the safest thing to do). I guess its a Type R Civic 2001-2004 2d Model. I thought the Type R's are the Hatches ala Si. I'm sure this is riced. And dude WTF is up with the exhaust or I should say chopped off exhaust. Ha here I am driving to LA to get my HKS exhaust and heres a guy with a possible chopped exhaust. Oh I so got in front him after I took these pictures.

I like the 2001+ Civic 2D's and I'm trying to find a used one for my sister.

thats not a Type-R. the 2dr Civic as we know it isnt even sold in Japan, its a US only bodystyle.

Thats just someone who put a large R on their car.

Don't they have Euro spec'd Type R's 2001+ Civics? I thought I read it somewhere in them Import Tuner Mags.

chopped is an understatement. looks like someone nawed it off the car. There is far worse rice violations out there than this one. That body style is actually growning on me. whats new, that is actually a lame excuse for rice...They didnt spend enough time or money on ricing it out, no huge wing, NO muffler at all haha, and we cant confirm that the owner thinks his car is the s***(lol2)(rlaugh)(lol)(laugh)
