2000 Protege 1.6L rough idle misfire cylinder 4

Ok Below is the original problem after new plugs now have misfire in Cylinder 4 CEL. Can someone tell me the cylinder order in the 2000 Protege 1.6L

2000 Protege 1.6L new to me. 94,000miles.
Had CEL 'P0507' printed out.
Definition- Idle control system RPM higher than expected.
Probable cause 001-Large vacuum leak.
002-Blocked Air intake or exhaust system. etc.

Checked all vacuum hoses, throttle body. All seems ok. Runs with rough idle when warm. I have read all the posts on the EGR cleaning. Removed Throttle body and cleaned but it was not too dirty nor was the valve attached, is that the EGR. Can not find any pictures of EGR on the 1.6l engine?

Any suggestions????

Check that stupid intake tube between the throttle body and the MAF, the thing that looks like an accordian...they are notorious for getting cracks, and bam, unmetered air gets in, does all kinds of funky s***

Thanks. Found a couple of loose bolts on the valve cover. May have been it for the vacuum leak. Swapped ignition coils and misfire moved from cyl 4 to cyl 2. So replaced ignition coil and all is well.
