I'd bet it is not cheap over all.
Specially this guy with protege has all acces. available too.

I've had an ida of doing electric car but the main issue is the electric source, battery, which still are not as good.
Then custom tranny adaption is the next issue.

BTW- if you start now on this "KEN" you might have the monopol on "electric convertion" kits
