2 Freshly washed.... and pin-stripped MSPs

Velocifero

Wham Bam thank you Ma'am
:
VRM MS6, Sunlight Silver MSP
So yesterday was a nice day and I decided to wash my wife's car, my car, and then help a buddy wash his and get some pin-stripping. I went with silver on silver and I must say that I like it a lot. You can't see it all the time so it's like a ghost pin-stripe. Just thought it would be different, seeing as how I am the same guy that puts black decals on tinted windows, and we did it to the wife's too. Thanks goes out to Korey!

lookin good although im not a fan of 'wax catchers' aka pin strips but, they look nice and clean!!
Thanks, you know what, I wasn't either, and I kinda chuckled a little when my buddy told me he did his, then when I saw it I actually really liked it, so I thought I would give it a try. Best part was it takes minutes to apply and seconds to take off if I didn't like it, and as of right now, I am digging the silver on silver look.

Looks sharp, I really like where you put your protege badge, I've never seen it placed there before.
thanks, I was sitting around awhile back and bummed out because I really was in the mood to mod my car and I didn't have any money to do anything with. So I got to thinking about free mods, what could I do? "Wait a sec! I have this badge I took off the car, why not put it back on?" It is a little ricey, and at first I did it as a joke. Then it grew on me and it makes my car just a little bit more mine.

Not sure. Hopefully sometime this week. I need to give them a call and get a status update.

I sure miss my car...

Looks pretty clean Scott.
I was actually thinking about taking my pinstripes off.. but since thats what the cool kids do, they'll stay.

Do you have any close shots of your engine cover?

yeah, I'll find them for you, they might be on the home computer. It looked nicer before I clear coated it, but oh well. I'll put them up when I find them.

When I got my Titanium MSP it had black stripes and I have to say I really like it.
Your car is real clean.
Good job.

Btw, what exhaust is that?
Also, is that the dual gauge pod that ********** sells?

Thanks for the pics

thanks a lot for the compliments. My exhaust is Vibrant Performances, which I love btw. i think the 3" pipes are a bit too much for my car at the moment, but once everything is said and done I will be very happy with it. it gave me a great gain and the appearance and quality are top notch. I have some better pictures of it if you are interested in them. the dual gauge pod was custom made by forum member Horse, he was making them for school and only got a couple made so I got lucky to get my hands on one. it came slightly textured and I sanded it down then color matched it to the radio bezel. got better pics of that too if you want to see.

I remember Horse.
I was supposed to get one but then I was not sure on how to mount it and i remember it looking different than that.
If you have couple of more pics send them. They are always welcome.
Vibrant is top notch and is a great choice.
Thanks for the pics.
