either way, still some big musical losses in these two days. I'm young, and I've heard of all the aformentioned artists, and I know the Carpenter story. It truly is a sad one, and despite people saying it was her own fault for dying, it's not, it's a mental illness, and if I remember correctly, it was Karen that brought the disease into the public eye, making it a public issue. It brought to light alot about the illness, and she is still today a image used for research, and help programs for the disease. A great lady and singer, such a loss.
Also tragic is that plane crash, so much talent lost in one fateful crash.
