Both are very important mods...the most important IMO.

The stock maps and the stock IC both suck...it's tough deciding which one sucks more though...lol

I'd go for the tuner computer.

ya, I'm kinda leaning that way. But the unichip seems like the safer way to get power???
eh.. a friend of mine has a matrix XRS w/ a unichip.. driven his car a lot with and without it.. Never noticed a difference..

you'll be more satisfied w/ hardpipes and FMIC.. then use the 100 dollars left for a joepmbc and a fuel cut D.

put it up to 8 or 9 psi and feel the HUGE difference! and dats on da safe side. !

now that they have the Emanage working, I'd go with that and have some cash left over

I thought the emanage and our ecu was proved to not get along, long ago??? I'm currently all stock.

By the way, corksports latest dyno looks mighty nice.

BinaryRotary and a few others have found a way to make it and the Apexi SAFC series work using an FM voltage clamp

Ken, my thing is I dont have a whoel s*** load of time to fiddle with making stuff like that work. I need something that is proven... ya know? Hey of the subject but did the shifter thing all get worked out ok?

p.s. thats flywheel.....before the s*** starts flying
That's also with a CAI and Catback at 10 psi.

How do they calculate flywheel hp on a chassis dyno? You can't.

I dont think anyone has actually used the Apexi SAFC and gotten it work work yet though. It should in theory work though. Also the emanage lets you control timing where the SAFC doesnt.
