1999-2004 Miata factory side skirts question

A friend of mine has a set of new factory-painted red side skirts that he is looking to sell. He purchased them new and got rid of the car before installing.

How much is a fair value to ask for them? I looked on ebay and searched here, but it looks like they don't pop up for sale often.

they sell for about $300 USD from Mazda.

Then about $200 for installation.

I would say $250+ shipping is a good price!!
