overheats and cant figure out why . have changed every part in the coolant system.could it be the head? any help would be appriciated as i do not know much about it

there is no head on a rotary.

rotary engines are prone to thermal breakdown. does it just overheat at a stop? does it overheat under load? does it smoke while overheating? what exactly has been changed? has the radiator been changed? how many mechanics have seen it?

if it smokes while overheating, the water jacket may be cracked. if the radiator hasn't been changed, check to see if it is clogged. if a mechanic has seen it, what mechanic? where are you located (geographically speaking)? is the car modified?

Do you have all the air pockets out from replacing hoses and such?
Have a pressure test done. Test at 14.5psi and then at 20psi max.
If you can't hold pressure and you can't see it going anywhere. Its
going in the motor. Which is the coolant seal. You can't fix this with the
motor in the car. You have to rebuild.
