thanks for the advice, I will wait until monday morning to hear from both my credit card company and from the tire place to find the quickest and most beneficial(for me)solution to this
quick edit: while cleaning the cars and driveway I figured I would get some pics you can see the gap on the front and rear and then see the marks on the last pic

I like how the width looks, too bad it rubs. They do look a lttle tall from the side though

I liked the looks too. Quick update, after getting jerked around all day trying to get hold of manager, finally got in touch w/him only to find out that I got the last set of rims, and they would have to special order the tires. I ended up calling a local Town fair tire and I'm going down there today to have a set of 215/40 Toyo Proxes mounted on the rims(they didn't have Pirelli's in stock and just tired of waiting)the only problem with them is that I have to bring the wheels to them already off the car, there is a small hole and they won't work on them for fear of damaging the rims

my p5 rubbed like crazy when i bought it. I bought it and it had 18's and a 2 inch drop. I had the same issue with seeing a decent gap, but still i had rubbing. I ended up switching out for pro-kits to give it a little more height.. but it still rubbed bad. I ended up just getting a wooden bat, heating the fenders with a heat gun... and went to work. Now the fenders are rolled, and no more rubbing
