Anybody have these on a P5 w/out lowering or other suspension mods? I've seen a lot about them but want to make sure they'll fit. PLEASE don't flame me, I did search, just didn't find a definitive answer. Thanks!

i know a member on here has them on his mp3.......either way they will look sexy on ur p5 phish....get em get em get em get em get em get em get em get em get em get em get em get em (smoke)

Yeah, but he's got springs and all that right? I just wanna know if they'll work on a stock P5.

yea he has springs but hes also got 18s. youll be fine with 17s and not lowered im sure. but i would definately lower the car.

That's the dilemma. I've posted on that before - whether it's necessary to lower if you get 17's. So 42+ offset won't rub? Could I still use a 215 tire size?

not lowered.....+42 offset should be fine i think.....but yall wanna lower it......come on (smash)

+42 will prolly rub a bit lowered with a load, but probably not as much if you use 205/40s.

the mp3 has nothing to do with this.. the sedans and the 5s use diff offsets.. the sedan can actually take a lower offset.
im going to say it will work.. because you are only doing 17s.. you MAY. want to roll your fenders MAY.. if u lower just dont go over a 1.5 inch drop -=)
enjoy..

I found 17" on a yellow p5

I don't know if he's dropped, but if yes, its not much.

If you're getting 17s, drop it to the floor and don't worry about the rubbing

215 will rub.
205 will also rub when the car is full of people, will rub in the back
tonkabui has the exel radius in a 42 offset and they rub with a full car, when its just himself it doesnt rub at all. hes lowered on the eibach's with tokico adjustibles.

slamdp5 is dropped at like 2.25" and has 19x7" RS GT wheels and hardly rubs, he says

just RUB!

The only time mine rub is when I corner hard and the plastic front fender liner sits down on the tire. No rubbing in back at all, took it to the beach a couple weeks ago, loaded down, and rear tires were tucked nice(2thumbs) I know mine are only 7" wide with +45 offset and 215/35 and Goldlines. If you get 17s you will most likely want to drop it to get rid of the fender gap.
