oil her up, lube all the joints, check your hoses, check coolant, power steering, transmission, and windshield washer fluids. check tire pressure and rotate them if you haven't already. make sure all your lights are working properly. grease door hinges. and take your car to one of those car wash places and rinse out the engine. this last step is for aesthetics only. it's always nice to have a clean engine bay.
