Ok, so I have about 650 miles on the new clutch, and recc break in was 450. I'm starting to floor it and such, but it STILL slips sometimes.
Today, as I was leaving work I punched it in 3rd gear...and it slipped for 300rpm befor it enganged. Tried it again...slipped for 2000 rpm before it engaged.
Tried it a few times after that, and it started holding.
This isn't the first time the above has happened...it seems like it needs to be beat on sometimes in order to hold properly. Odd.
Also, since the cluthch went in, if I'm stopped, and the clutch is engaged while I'm in nuetral, it makes a "wobbily hum" kind of sound. If i press the clutch pedal to the floor, it goes away. Don't ask me why.
