I have an MS3 with just 2000 Miles and have alrady started experiencing this problem.
I changed the oil for the first time yesterday to Mobil 1 5w30 FullySynthetic and this morning I didnt hear it for the first time.
Funny thing is though my old Speed Protege used to make exactly the same noise with exactly the same symtoms and never seemed to have a problem.
Just a second or two and then it goes away. Was the same on the protege AND is the same on the MS3...
