That's why you never payoff a house. Keep taking out equity loans and use them to keep paying for the house....

I'm actually considering cashing in the MSP chips and going back to a bee-autiful A2 16V GTI, but I really like the MSP so... we'll see... and mine has the (as Lexus says it) "dimpled body panels to reduce wind resistance and noise" (AKA some hail damage) so wouldn't command the premium I would otherwise command for such a spectacular vehicle.

If the right offer comes along I'll go, otherwise I'll keep the MSP. Can't berate you for the decision - oh - and POST PICS OF YOUR NEW RIDE! (Did you retrofit the subwoofer?)

Congrats on the house and the wedding! My godfather (who is married to Johnny Knoxville's ex fiance oddly enough) just moved to Texas, bought a gorgeous house for dirt cheap (compared to Chicago) and is lovin every second of it. Good luck to ya.
