That's lame. We own 10 Mazdas and have 8 at my house currently, and none are in that mint of condition(our lowest milage car is a '88 323 hatch which has 75,000 or so, my brother's '00 Millenia S has a tad over 80K).

Where there's a will, there's a way. You can always rent a storage unit, you know. So many other options to keep the dream alive.
