Actualy now that you bring it up, I should mention starting in 2 weeks I will barely ever be around

I got a job oppurtunity to be an on site crew chief and make commision + salary. Being that some of our jobs are $500,000 dollars, this could be a huge raise for me if I can pull off what management thinks I can.
