I was just wondering what everyone else got for their gas mileage? i dont think im too rough on my car, but maybe I am. I get 21MPG... which i think is really low considering the engine size. What do the rest of you get?

Change the sparkplugs too , that helps ALOT espacially if they are due .

I do between 22 MPG to 30.51 MPG being my best

I usualy get about 300-310 miles on a full tank before E light comes on, which leaves 2-2.5gallons remaining, so that's about 27mpg. Which is fantastic for an automatic. going on fumes I'd probaly hit 345-350ish. I mostly do semi-highway driving, but it's defentaly not without alot of stop and go stuff too.

I have a 2000ES 1.8L and have a CAI and used denzo iridium plugs, other than that it's bone stock.

Fuel Economy

In Australia we use kilometres and i have a 1.6 litre 323 1998 model and drive 100km a day to and from work......i get 500km to a tank. what would that be in miles?

310.5 miles.
1km= .621 miles

Good?

Is that alright? i travel at around 120km/h ( legal is 110km/h) all the way. we have this motoring guy down here who say's dropping 5-10km/h will save on fuel economy...much of a muchness?
