I found this site, and with their performance rebuild kit your guranteed around a 40hp increase. I think im gonna try it out and buy it. My head just cracked today and im gonna rebuild my motor while i have the head off. heres the site.....tell me what you guys think, you think is bs or a good deal.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't 40 more hp like almost half the Orig power output on that little 1.5L engine? How do they expect to get that much out of it on NA alone?

I read somewhere that the original power output of the Z5 is 92hp and 95tq. Getting 40hp more without a turbo or some other mods sounds sketchy to me. I'm sure you can get a few more horses out of it and it will run better, but don't expect a miracle. I put a short intake on my 1.5 and throttle response felt better, but that was it.

You should be able to pull out an extra 40 whp but I am not sure if you will be able to run pump gas with the compression level.
