09 ms3 with hks cbe with muffler delete/ opinions on sound

I have the hks cat back exhaust on my speed 3 but its a little to quite for me so I went to a shop and they said they could fabricate a bolt on straight pipe to replace the muffler so that way I still can put muffler back on if I wanted. Just wanted some opinions on how sound might be.

I'm assuming you have the factory downpipe and midpipe?

That is correct I have stock down pipe and mid pipe

Why don't you try replacing the stock dp and mp and it will get a lot louder, just a suggestion.

I want to keep stock downpipe but i plan on getting the su test pipe a little later just wondering how this exhaust would sound with no muffler just stright pipe instead.

Just get the testpipe and dont mess with the cbe, you'll like the sound a lot

What's up with all you guys and "LOUD" exhaust? Don't know where your located but here in CA. "LOUD"=getting pulled over and messed with...(eek2)
