04 3 parts interchangeable ?

Hello, I recently purchased a used 3 that needs a door and bumper replaced, was curios if anyone knew if the door panels and bumper are interchangeable between the sedan and hatchbacks. Would increase likely hood of finding the same color.

I checked the part numbers and they are just slightly different. It's not clear
