04/17/2004 -- 1st Annual Northeastern/Midatlantic U.S Protege Meet: WHAT TO BRING

as long as people dont crank the volume more than the half, Im fine with that.

Not sure if the wife and I will make it yet. If we do, we'll be brining some mac salad.

What's the final word on beers? Does this permit cover alcohol?

No alcohol is officially allowed in the park. But as long as people are smart about it and don't try to get wasted I don't see any problems. Just keep the stuff out of view, and be sure to use cups.

So, keg stands are out of the question then?

that's more of a common sense statement than an actual concern..i don't think anyone is going to walking around with JD meeting and greeting.

OFFICIALLY alcohol is not permitted, please, if you do want to bring alcohol, I suggest bring everything in the coolers already! Also, when you are done with the bottles or cans PLEASE DO NOT dispose them into park garbage cans. I will try and get garbage bags separately for alcohol waste bottles and cans! But yea please use cups and no cags! BE SMART. If someone from park officials will see alcohol, we are getting kicked out right away and we WILL be fined for that crap. BE SMART once again.
